All quiet on Rendi (except for some Pakistani)

Posted by Abravanel, the Blog στο 22/05/2008

Last week a group of 12-15 individual pigs attacked the mosque of the Pakistani Community at Rendi, Athens. They invaded with rocks and sticks and beated both Pakistani and a greek neighbor who protested. This follows other similar attacks which happened in the area, with more important the one on October 7th of last year. They also threatened the Pakistani to «get out of Greece» and these threats follow other recent ones that accompanied beatings of Pakistani last week.

The mosque is of course unofficial since the Greek Government denies permission to build mosques for muslim greeks or muslim immigrants. Until recently this was justified by alluding to the opposition of the Greek Orthodox Church that was legally entitled to deny the building of any temple of any religion. Thankfully recently the law changed and hopefully one day we will see – God forbid – a mosque in Athens.

It should also be noted that the lawyers representing the Pakistani Community protested that the Greek Policehttps://i0.wp.com/farm2.static.flickr.com/1161/1175831860_63a3ddbc83.jpg is being all to discreet in bringing to justice the perpetrators. I have no reason to doubt this, since incidents racially motivated are deemed important only when they deal with real people like west-europeans and not dirty immigrants. Another greek blogger said that these continuous attacks will lead eventually to more violent attacks and maybe someone dieing. I’m afraid he’s right but I hope these last attacks will awake the Greek Police, the Greek Government and me & you.

You think that you chose in an autonomous way to post here? No, it was all already planned… Right now, thanks to your visit, your pc is employed in a vast grid computing network called zionist@home, (other similar projects like folding@home are also front-ups for the same purpose), aimed at the total extermination of the gentiles and the establishment of a world jewish goverment. Thank you for your cooperation and have a nice day.

    Ah, so you confess… ;-)
Your blog is interesting and thought-provoking, I visit often.
As for this piece of news it is very distressing…

A useful tool for controlling the gentiles my zionist brother.
Trivia: Kalomoira’s real name is MazalTov.

    Ah, the benefits of multiculturalism.

I agree. They should be granted greek citizenship at once.

The boat is sinking. Let’s throw a party, shan’t we.

While you’d prefer throwing some people off to the sharks, wouldn’t you little rascal? :)
In any case I’m glad that you are in a complete agreement with my proposal.

  14. antilogia said

    Nah.
But, since you accept the tenets of a multiculturalism, intercommunal violence is something you should get used to. That’s where it boils down to, you know.

No worries mate, from the pogrom of Corfu in the late 19th century to the Kambel Pogrom of the ‘3os the Jewish Community is used to having some occasional violent little group deciding it should stop beating it’s wife for a day or two. Still as you can see it took a whole nation invading Greece to wipe most of us.

Since I don’t expect this thing happening in the near future I’m positive that the Pakistani Community is here for many long-long years and while their frustrated attackers not. :)

Shoah is 70 years ago, and Israel is a state of its own for 60 years now.
I thought that this would make jewish communities around the world at least reconsider their stance on free immigration and multiculturalism, but no, always in search of some new, new (ad nauseam) type of antisemitism, valid or void, somewhere in the world.

Anyway, I support your last suggestion: the perpetrators of violent attacks should be deported.
The difference is I equally suggest this for the radical left-wing, anarchists etc. ‘pigs’ who perpetually commit acts of violence.
And which, despite yours and your links’ perception of reality, are much more abundant in today’s Greece than any attacks against immigrants.

    ;)

The Jewish Greeks are no more related to the state of Israel than any Christian Greek to the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople; a spiritual connection but nothing more.

There is no meaning in me commenting on your opinions on antisemitism because we have a different set of values. But if you’d followed my blog, you’d see that I do not consider one sharing the political agenda of the Left as having less chances of hate speech or antisemitic acts. On the contrary the recent protagonists of reviving a climate of fear for the Jewish Community are organizations equally connected to the Communist Party of Greece and LAOS. Of course that doesn’t exclude the usual desecrations of tombs or hate speech by neo-nazi ones like Chrissi Avgi. Also I am a firm believer of the politics of open frontiers and that immigration is an asset to this country, (not to mention our moral obbligation); this does not extend to bending the Civil Liberties we’ve acquired as a free society – look at my article on the Sharia. What I believe in is in responsibility – the problem with how I understand this stance and how you do, is that you feel that the others should be more responsible than we should.

In any case I didn’t ask for them be deported but much simpler to be brought to justice. This is valid for the leftist that defaces the monument to the Shoah, the rightist that beats up immigrants or the anarchist that burns downs a university, (although the latter has become a clichè).
